BE/ BTech Food Engg/ Agri Engg/ Mech., MBA or higher equivalent qualification Experience: 3-7 Years Role: Detailed engineering of food processing systems range of products heat exchangers, pasteurizers, sterilizers, evaporators, turnkey processing lines, dairy & dairy-based processing systems. Preparation, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned projects, interacting daily with internal & external clients and update status, visits to sites for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting as required by the project. Planning and implementing project cycle for a timely and successful handover of the project to customers. Inputs to detailed drafting for piping, fabrication, structural and similar drawings. Inputs to the factory at key project stages, coordination for approvals with customers. Evaluation of bought-out components and vendors. Job Profile: Must have an understanding of processes like fruit pulp, food, beverage, dairy or similar sectors. Open to travel pan India and/ or relocate as per business requirements. Hands-on knowledge of systems engineering to commissioning of small & turnkey projects in food processing. Knowledge of processing equipment design and project engineerinand g, commissioning will be preferred. Knowledge of b/o components & vendor management, AutoCAD 2D, 3D & similar design programs will be an added advantage will be added advantage.,
