About Role: Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Define scalable and maintainable UI architecture frameworks. Possess a deep understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture and dynamic rendering. Knowledge of Storybook components is a plus. Proficient in Webpack, Gulp, or other bundling tools. Work with HTML5, CSS3, Less, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Foundation). Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to ensure UI strategies align with business objectives. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on UI best practices. Optimize UI performance across various browsers and devices using tools such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Bundle Analyzer. Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsiveness to deliver seamless user experiences. Enforce coding standards and best practices for UI development, focusing on modularity and maintainability. Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentor and guide frontend developers to enhance their technical skills. Provide architectural leadership and drive innovation within the team. Requirements: Skills & Experience: Required: React Preferred: Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Solid.js, Stencil A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in UI development, including 3-5 years in an architectural role. Previous experience in leading frontend teams or managing large-scale UI projects is a plus. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Experience with Design Systems (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design) and component libraries (Chakra UI, PrimeReact). Expertise in UI state management tools: Redux, MobX, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, RxJS. Familiarity with Docker for application containerization.
