JD FOR SAP B1
JOB DISCRIPTION
lAssist the Team to Present, Promote and Sell the Tally Software and Services, Using Polite and solid Communication to existing and prospective Customers.
lTo raise delivery orders inSAPon a daily basis and ensure same day invoicing and dispatch.
lTo track status of deliveryand provide dispatch details to customer.
lToprovideback end supporttosalesteamby co-ordinating for orders, packing and sending samples andmarketingcollaterals as and when required, provideadministrative supportfor exhibitions and related events.
lActas one point of contact forall customers, distributors and KAM.
lActas one point for insurance claims in case ofmaterialdamage.
lHandletelephonicand email communication.Queriesfrom existing and new customers.
lTracksalesv/sprojections and send the necessary reports to the concerned KAM/RSH at month end.
lCheckmonth endsalesand report any shortage in sales customer wise or undelivered material as pertheDO raised.
lSendmonthly MIS reportsto thesalesteams dependingon their area of operation.
lFocusonsalesof low shelf life productsand reportmonth endsalesof the same to the Head-Regionalsales/ Channel Heads.
lReport dailysalesin value v/s target toHeadRegionalsales/ ChannelHeads.
lPerform Cost benefits and need analysis of Existing and potential customers.
lAssist the team and self to Establish, develop and maintain Positive Business and Customer Relationship.
lReach out to customers Leads through Cold Calling.
lCoordinating with team to Generate own leads by creating Data in addition as reference with the existing Customers .
lCo-ordinate with team.
lReach out the Targets.
lExcellence Selling, Maintain clients Relationship.
REQUIREMENTS (Skills)
lMinimum 3+ Years of Experience.
lGood Communication in Hindi English and Marathi.
lTally Knowledge.
lReady to Accept new Changes.
lQuick Learner in Software's.
lWilling to accepts Targets.
Package will not bhanee a constrain for right candidate.
