Experience: 7+ Activities to be performed during the engagement Administer, maintain, and upgrade Documentum servers and applications, including WebTop, Taskspace, DA, xPlore, Content Server, and other Documentum suite of products. Develop and execute DQLs, API methods, and scripts for Documentum administration, troubleshooting, and automation. Manage and optimize Documentum databases (MSSQL) and ensure data integrity and security. Monitoring the web applications and webservers (Apache Tomcat) across multiple OS platforms. Ensure high availability of Documentum platform and all related applications. Support and troubleshoot Documentum issues and incidents, provide root cause analysis and resolution. Provide technical guidance and best practices to Documentum Business users. Document and maintain Documentum system architecture, configuration, and procedures. Perform data migration and integration projects from Documentum to other systems, such as OneEIM, SharePoint, etc. Services to be delivered Ensure high availability of Documentum platform and all related applications. Technical support to all application and data related queries from different projects and stakeholders. Preparing scripts (DQL, SQL, DFC etc.) to prepare and automate the data migration to new platform solutions. Analyzing the integration requirements for other Digital Solutions. Description of the services Administration, manage, maintain platform applications and data. Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our Documentum environment, as well as developing and executing data migration and integration projects. Provide technical support and guidance to the End users and developers of our Documentum applications. Skills Required Documentum Administrator 7+ years of experience in Documentum administration, maintenance, and upgrade, preferably with Documentum versions 20.x and upwards. Strong knowledge of Documentum's Object Model hierarchy, Docbase security, DFC, DFS, and BOF. Prior experience in developing Java/J2EE/DFC applications. Strong DBA skills and experience in managing and tuning Oracle and MSSQL databases. Experience in tuning the search Engine performance (xPlore) Experience in data migration and integration projects using Documentum tools and APIs. Experience in high availability and disaster recovery solutions for Documentum. Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Communication skills.,
