Job Description Business Analyst will be part of a collaborative project team, responsible for understanding business requirements related to Duck Creek Claims and party module or similar other products, developing solutions, providing UAT for in use modules/applications/product. Person will be responsible for providing functional guidance and leading team towards successfully delivering projects along with keeping team motivated. This person will leverage a number of proprietary and standard/tools and will be responsible to interface with clients, provide demos, effort estimation, develop plan and maintain various clients, administer change requests, review implementation and resolve any defects in system along with developing functional documents for the assigned project. Qualifications Bachelor or master's degree in insurance related discipline / bachelor's or master's degree in a computer. Experience : 5-15 Years Key Requirement for the Position Experience as BA/Product Owner for multiple applications Good understanding of SDLC, waterfall and agile project methodologies Sound knowledge of business requirements methodology Experience on providing User experience alternatives. Experience in RDBMS like SQL Server and query writing Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments like TFS, SVN, GIT etc. Release preparation (booking deployments, Change Advisory Board, Version setup and coordination etc.) Participating in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Applications. Delivering projects on time with quality Provide functional leadership regarding domain or project to customers and team members Prospect and Product Requirement Management: Requirement Analysis and Design Activities Production Support Activities Review/Checkpoints & Status Development/Testing/UAT Support,
