Medical Officer ( Manager / Senior Manager ) @ Adani Power

Job Description

• Co-ordinating for Implementation/ follow policies/ procedures/SOP related to Occupational health & medical services
• Assisting in medical surveillance/Periodic Health check-up of employees on continual basis.
• Assisting in implementing active systems & processes for meeting the statutory/ welfare oriented health activities at plant/township
• Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines
• Provide all emergency services to employees and families at the township
• Monitoring healthcare services /initiatives. Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines
• Maintain all required data in hard & soft format
• Development and maintenance of infrastructure related to Township Health centre, networking with healthcare services/ organisations/ institutions/ professionals
• Develop and implement wellness programmes for employees & families
• Liaison with local health authorities
• Training of paramedics
• Conduct awareness sessions for families and children
• Monitor township hygiene and sanitation and advise administration accordingly.
