We typically compete with companies like AON, DDI, and Korn Ferry etc. Objective of the Role A Facilitator is primarily responsible for: Facilitation of training programs and others as per the defined standards Project management Ensuring customer satisfaction and delight Training need analysis, customization of solutions, business development, pre-sales support in terms of solutioning and closing business are an active part of this role. Key elements of the role Solution/Training Delivery: Facilitation of training/Consulting programs as per the plan Ensuring client satisfaction through meeting and exceeding quality standards of delivery Project Management: Managing client projects effectively Conducting Project reviews Product Development: Facilitate in the development and customization of Inspire One Products Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent Client Relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
