• A) User Exp management Analyze existing sites / products and identify User Experience issues Create profiles, personas, scenarios, site maps, wireframes and other artifacts to support the user centered design process with the guidance of a team lead Collaborate with the visual design team and UI development team to produce pixel-perfect end products B) Understanding of user centered design principles Ability to analyze UX issues, design wireframes, and conduct end user validation
