Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences by translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and transforming them into intuitive, functional designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points. Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve designs. Create user personas and journey maps. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Visual Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces with a strong focus on usability. Ensure consistency in visual elements (e.g., colors, typography, and spacing). Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs. Work closely with product teams to align design goals with business objectives. Present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders. Design Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine designs. Analyze metrics like bounce rates, user retention, and task completion rates to optimize the user experience. Documentation: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries. Document design decisions and workflows for team alignment. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Key Deliverables: Wireframes and prototypes. High-fidelity designs and mockups.
