Position : Product Head - DIP Experience : Min 12 Years in Sales & Marketing Qualification : MBA in Sales & Marketing (Engineers and MBA s preferred) Location : Kolkata Roles and Responsibilities: Budgeting Preparation of Annual business plan, current estimates NSR Maximization & Inventory optimization in line with plan Optimization of Ex-works sales with targets as 100% ex-works Critical benchmarking with peers to ensure new product development , NSR optimization and customer development Use of digitalization to bring in customer delight and focus to book 100% of sales via digital online price discovery Locking in volumes via MOUs, LTCs Continuous update of market and industry while ensuring to create positive brand awareness Skills Required: Expertise in Sales & Marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital transformation Proven ability in business planning, inventory optimization, and customer relationship management Strong analytical and benchmarking skills for market and competitor analysis Leadership qualities to drive sales teams and achieve operational excellence Vedanta is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
