Number of positions: 03 Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Pune, MH, India Academics: BE Electronics, E&TC, MSC Electronics or equivalent, MCA, Computer Engineering Job Aim: To perform software tests to ensure quality Responsibilities: Develop QA Processes and Procedures Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated). Organizing and controlling the Testing process. Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software. Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery Deploying and managing resources for testing Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. Essential Skills: Strong communication (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills. System level Testing, Integration testing involving Hardware/Software etc. Must have worked on at least one Automation Testing tool or having experience of writing selenium scripts for testing Basic knowledge of software development life cycle Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, mobile testing, UI/UX testing, Manual Testing, Black Box Testing, Performance Testing, and Usability Standards.,
