    Assistant Branch Manager Job Description:

    The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a branch. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving branch goals. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, utilizing  to streamline processes and improve team performance.

    • Assist in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.
    • Support the Branch Manager in staff supervision and training.
    • Additionally, a Presales Manager must handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients while aligning with the goals of Superworks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing daily operations and achieving branch goals.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff.
    • Monitor branch performance and implement improvements.
    • Handle customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Support the Branch Manager in financial and administrative tasks.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in payroll software in India to streamline compensation processes.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle financial and administrative tasks efficiently.

    Experience : 2 Yrs to 18 yrs .

     

    Salary : 3.0 to 22.00 Lack Per Annum.

     

    Location : Pan India.
