Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Conferencing Support Analyst Collaborate with IT teams to integrate conferencing and messaging solutions with other enterprise systems. R esponsibilities Focus on Digital Collaborations tools and services (Slack, Trello, Zoom, MS Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint online, Email support) Collaborate with IT teams to integrate conferencing and messaging solutions with other enterprise systems. Conduct training sessions for employees on effective use of conferencing and messaging tools. Document and update support procedures and user guides. Qualifications we seek in you ! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum experience in conferencing support or a similar role Preferred Qualifications / Skills Proficiency in using and supporting various conferencing and messaging platforms such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive/SharePoint online, Email support. Extensive knowledge of Service Now and the Incident Management module Considerable years of experience in supporting and managing collaboration systems Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
