For more information, please visit: www.tvsmotor.com Purpose of the role: To lead EV NPD vehicle projects from EV system CoC side and manage a team of about 5 to 8 members. To define EV system architecture for all projects under him/her. To release System requirements, release drawings and conduct DFMEA and functional design reviews. To cross-functionally interact with NPD and stakeholders like purchase, Quality, Service and Production teams for delivering the project. To define CAN matrix and be able to drive strategy for Electrical parts design and development for future Will be responsible to meet project QCD targets and completely responsible for Alpha, Beta, homologation and QP built of responsible projects. To be able to benchmark competition and shall be able to define critical parameters and features for a new project. To provide tech support post-delivery of products and shall lead root - cause analysis of failures in field and implement actions.,
