Job Description

* Overall responsible for Procurement department * Managing the procurement of Engineering items/Consumables/Spares & Packaging materials (Local & Import), etc. * Managing all services requirement related to plant * Handling with CHA, FF, & Transporter etc To source, negotiate and purchase of materials/Packaging materials etc Process RFQ, Comparative statement, NFA and purchase orders for supplies Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications as per purchase request Follow up for Materials delivery Resolve supplier, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them MIS Reporting/IMS documentations/Audit, etc. Co-ordination with internal/external customers/vendors,
