Company Description Muthoot Microfin Limited, a part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG), is a leading microfinance institution that provides micro-loans to women customers predominantly in rural regions of India. The company follows the joint liability group (JLG) model of microfinance to support entrepreneurship among women and promote inclusive growth. Operating in rural and semi-urban areas as well as urban slums, Muthoot Microfin aims to empower women through financial assistance and income generating loans for small businesses. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Bhadrawati. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing financial services to clients, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and facilitating communication between the institution and clients. Qualifications Business Relationship Management and Sales skills Finance knowledge and expertise Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in financial services or microfinance industry Ability to work well in a team and with diverse clients Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Fluency in local languages spoken in rural areas is a plus,
