This is a full-time position focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, developing educational programs, and implementing learning strategies to support organizational growth. Qualifications And Skills Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective collaboration and dissemination of information. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs (Mandatory skill). Experience with Client Aided System (CAS) (Mandatory skill). Strong research skills to continually identify emerging industry trends and best practices. Adaptability to rapidly changing work environments and varying learning preferences. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address learner needs and resolve training program challenges. Highly organized to manage multiple training schedules and documentations efficiently. Curiosity to explore new learning methodologies and technologies for optimal training outcomes. Roles And Responsibilities Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisals, and consultations with managers. Design and develop training programs that meet organizational goals and individual learning needs. Implement effective and engaging training methods and materials suitable for various learning styles. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives. Stay updated with the latest developments in learning technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into training programs. Manage training budgets and ensure resources are efficiently utilized. Support employees in their personal and professional development by providing career guidance and coaching sessions.,
