Job Description

Responsibilities: Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software SharePoint/OneDrive administrating and operating. Microsoft Power BI reports creating and managing Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required Assisting with systems integrations Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures Identifying and resolving technical issues Managing coordination at a local and international level where required Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organizations systems Developing reports for teams across the business Database administrating. Server Patching on Monthly basis. Perform systems operations, monitor systems activities and ensure smooth daily operation of systems facilities Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical degree Minimum of 2 years" experience as an Application Support in a related field. Basic knowledge of front end and back-end programming languages, such as C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming Strong understanding in SharePoint online and in-prim/OneDrive Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and strong familiarity with using SQL commands. Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance. Ability to keep up with innovation in application design. Exceptional communication skills.
