About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated React.js Developer (Fresher) from IIT, NIT, IIIT or other premier engineering institutes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in JavaScript, React.js, and front-end development principles. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to build scalable and high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using React.js Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement UI/UX designs Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and devices Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end technologies Required Skills & Qualifications Education: B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Science, IT, or related fields from IIT, NIT, IIIT (2023/2024 pass-out preferred) Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Redux Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn quickly Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility,
