You will be taking ownership of a team of 5-10 engineers in one of our product areas and be responsible for product delivery as well as the growth of the mobile engineers. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Manage and grow a team of product-focused mobile engineers through hiring, coaching and continued development. Support the building of new features while maintaining a high bar for quality and performance. Ideate and invest in projects that improve performance and stability of our application while helping product partners balance these with new feature delivery. Lead and participate in technical, design, and product discussions with your partners on the team and throughout the organization. Be the single point of contact for mobile engineering for your product area. You are: Experienced in managing and mentoring engineers (including providing feedback, investing in career growth, and growing teams). Experienced in building mobile applications with large customer bases (iOS, Android, React Native or Flutter). Focused on leveraging engineering to improve the customer experience.
