Using the most promising and practical ideas, combined with the experience and expertise from people from the healthcare industry, we are creating experiences that work for care facilities, their patients and move us ahead on our mission of Health for a better world What will you be responsible for As a Client Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex client programs, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and business impact. Your key responsibilities include: Act as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships and aligning program objectives with business goals. Lead and manage large-scale client programs, ensuring successful execution and measurable impact. Manage Experiential Client Visit Agendas: Collaborate with cross-functional and pillar teams to design and execute tailored agendas that align with client objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. End-to-End Planning and Coordination: Lead all aspects of client visits working with allied teams, including logistics, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and resource allocation, to ensure flawless execution. Drive High-Impact Client Visits: Create memorable and impactful experiences that showcase the organization's value proposition, fostering stronger client relationships and trust. Focus on Driving Customer Growth: Leverage client interactions to identify growth opportunities, deepen partnerships, and support account teams in achieving revenue and strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and post-visit follow-ups to maximize outcomes What would your day look like Engage with clients & stakeholders Align on program objectives, address challenges, and ensure seamless execution. Facilitate collaboration Work across business, technology, and operations teams to drive alignment and efficiency. Provide strategic guidance Offer insights on industry trends, process improvements, and technology adoption. Each day is dynamic, requiring a mix of leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to drive successful outcomes. Who are we looking for We are seeking an experienced Client Program Manager with: Experienced leader 8+ years in program management, business transformation, or consulting, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives. Stakeholder management Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and decision-making. Technology & business acumen Exposure to business process optimization, digital transformation, and leveraging AI, cloud, or data analytics. Communication & influence Strong executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, present insights, and drive consensus. Results-driven & collaborative A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes while fostering teamwork.
