Dear Candidate Cyfuture is hiring for QUALITY ANALYST
JD:
- Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote) and score them on defined Template
- Document the Calls Audited in the defined Template
- Should complete the Call Audit Targets within timelines
- Share Feedback with the Agents on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are taken
- To attend calls for 2 hours at least a day , in order to know and experience the queries of the customers.
- Send Reports to all stakeholders on regular basis
- Conduct regular Training sessions with the Team based on the errors identified from call Audits
- Conduct & Attend weekly Call Calibration session with all Stakeholders
- Motivated to take additional Responsibilities as assigned
- Identify and Bridge Process Gaps
Desired Candidate 1. Candidates should have minimum 2-5 years of experience as a QA in BPO
2. Should have exposure to BPO/ Call Centre environment, and understand Quality Audit process of Voice and Non-voice process
3. Excellent Communication
