Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and other key industry players.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

2. Counselling Services:

• Offer career guidance and counselling to students and professionals in the clinical research sector.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on career development, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Build and sustain a network of industry contacts to assist with job placements and internships.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the institute's programs and services.
• Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Represent the institute at industry events, conferences, and job fairs.

4. Student Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage students and alumni in institute activities.
• Cultivate a strong sense of community among students, faculty, and industry partners.

5. Cold Calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in pursuing a career in clinical research.
• Provide information on the institutes programs and services.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
