Job Description

Required skills 

• Two years of experience as a CAD Operator
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) with a demonstrated ability to create technical drawings.
• Knowledge of design principles, drafting techniques, and geometric dimensioning Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to the specific field of work (e.g., ANSI, ASME, ISO).
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work, ensuring the accuracy and quality of drawings.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and to interpret and convey design requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve drawing-related issues or conflicts.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools may be an added advantage.
• An ITI or diploma in engineering, architecture, drafting, or a related field is preferred, but not always mandatory.
