Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Documentum D2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Compliance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive our projects forward. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and maintenance of Documentum D2 solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Oversee the development and execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory compliance standards. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Documentum D2 to optimize system performance and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues ensuring data integrity and security. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Documentum D2. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all projects comply with relevant sales and marketing regulations and standards. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity. Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project outcomes and regulatory compliance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Documentum D2-related issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Documentum D2 and regulatory compliance. Foster a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Documentum D2 with at least 8 years of hands-on experience. Demonstrate expertise in Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Compliance domains. Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends. Hold a relevant certification in Documentum D2 or a related field. Certifications Required Documentum D2 certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.,
