Job Description

Position - Python Lead Location - Indore (Work from office) Shift Timings : 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the Django framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation. Design and implement large-scale, high-performance web applications with optimized database architectures. Desired Candidate Profile 5-11 years of experience in Python development, with expertise in the Django framework. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing and optimizing large-scale web applications and complex database schemas. Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. (ref:hirist.tech),
