Manager marketing and new business development

The primary responsibilities of the candidate would be

1. Generate new leads and inquires for sales team

2. Provide inquires and pre-sales support to the team of regional sales engineers stationed at different regions in India. Plus also, track and help with the follow ups on submitted quotation etc.

3. Initiate and manage entire social media accounts

4. Initiate and manage regular e-mail, SMS and phone call to generate inquires.

5. Lead the activities related to exhibition participation etc.

For this job, we are looking for a knowledgeable individual who is very particular, creative, and resilient. The candidate should be able to speak, write, and understand English well. He should be computer proficient and should have strong communication skills.

3- 5 years of experience in the field of sales, marketing or new business of large value capital equipment/ services is required. Marketing related experience in induction heating field is beneficial.

Experience in sales and marketing of large value, capital equipment is beneficial. The pay of the Marketing Head will be in the range of Rs. 25000 to Rs 60000. If the candidate is selected, the pay will be finalized based on the candidates experience, education, existing CTC etc
