Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer (React.js) with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering seamless user experience. The candidate must have strong expertise in Redux, Redux Store, large data management, security, HTML, CSS, CI/CD, and Docker. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the front-end application. Work closely with back-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration. Manage effectively using Redux and Redux Store for large-scale applications. Ensure application security the best practices are followed. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment workflows. Utilize Docker for containerization and application deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and React ecosystem. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React.js. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies. Expertise in Redux, Redux Store, and large data management. Strong knowledge of web security is best practices. Experience with front-end tools (Web pack, Babel, etc.). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Understanding of version control systems such as Git/Bitbucket. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker for deployments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). Experience with Tailwind CSS, or other UI frameworks.,
