JD/Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a talented Pre-Sales Manager for the Automotive Division. He/She will be responsible for supporting the presales/bid management activity for the assigned Automotive Clients, working on responses/solutions for small to medium sized deals. He/she is responsible for supporting the account team in managing the bid/pursuit by putting together a bid plan, solution (in collaboration with the SMEs) that addresses client requirements. He/She will be required to build strategic executive relationships with internal as well as partner with them to develop best-in-class winning solutions. Key Responsibilities Active involvement in the lead to closure cycle for all assigned RFP/RFIs by leading the following activities: o Understand and translate customer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate. o Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission. The role will require acquiring thorough knowledge of Wipros capability and credentials in the Automotive sector and the existing case studies and offerings in this space. End to end responsibility of Solution & commercials creation including conducting facilitating workshops with SMEs, bid plan tracking, scoping, and solution discussions, with ability to manage multiple bids on multiple technology domains. Collaboratively work with all internal and external stakeholders in designing a winnable & differentiated solutions that meets the customer requirements. Formulate re-usable bid components to achieve maximum utilization. Review with Leadership team for approvals and sign-offs before submission of proposal to client Detail and articulation of solutions and ensure completeness of the same. Strong IT market awareness and knowledge or emerging trends and technologies. The job require to support mostly EST time zone, however at times will be required to work extended hours to support bid preparation and proposal submission. Preferred Skill & Qualification MBA/MCA with 5-7 years of experience in bid management, solution design - working experience in an international service provider organization. Demonstrated results in managing multiple RFPs/ RFIs. Great communication & presentation skills, inter-personal, collaborative and team player skills. Primarily self-driven and deeply motivated and passionate top drive and build winning solution. Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals. Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills.
