Job Tittle : MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Location : SAUDI (K.S.A.)
Job responsibility:-
- Making Technical Selection as per SMACNA AND ASHRAE STANDARDS for all duct accessories and Air outlets as per site requirement.
- Making Demand planning as per customer urgency.
- Design of sound attenuator according to National Environmental Balancing Bureaus Sound and Vibration Design and Analysis.
- Supervise production foreman to complete the planned schedule and design criteria.
- Making Technical submittal as per projects.
- Getting consultant approval by presenting a product presentation.
- Suggesting installation details to site Engineers.
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
- Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
- Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork.
- Site supervision of all Air-conditioning, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing.
- Checking the work as per design drawing.
- Preparing daily Planning report.
- Preparation of drawings for A/C equipments and accessories installation.
- Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected HVAC, plumbing, Firefighting.
- Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Projects.
- Supervises all installations of plumbing, machines and equipment on site.
- Ensuring industry standards and requirements.
- Review design output and vendor documents.
- Verify design constructability including procedure and code compliance.
- Generate work instructions and ordering the labors.
- Generate inspection and test records or coordinate with quality control n output.
- Verify material availability.
- Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Projects.
