As the Digital Product & Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing digital products and experiences targeted at global markets. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering world-class digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Digital Product Development: Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative digital products and experiences in the automotive sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, software developers, data analysts, and marketers, to define product requirements and specifications. Conduct market research, customer surveys, and data analysis to identify user needs and preferences. Ensure products adhere to industry best practices, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines. Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for international digital projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Digital Marketing and Launch: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital product launches and marketing campaigns. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and international teams. Ensure alignment of project objectives with stakeholder expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Over all 7+ Years of experience & Proven experience 5 Years min in digital product management and project management, preferably in the automotive industry or related fields. Solid understanding of digital technologies, software development processes, and user experience design principles. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering digital solutions on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and industry developments. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel internationally, as required, to support project activities and collaborate with global teams.
