Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing and average skills in load testing. Critical role is to ensure the quality and performance of our applications through thorough testing and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed functional test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality. Conduct load testing to assess application performance under varying conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality assurance processes. Document and track defects using issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team. Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices. Provide support in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist end-users as necessary. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and testing. Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong expertise in functional testing methodologies and tools. Average experience with load testing and performance testing tools (JMeter). Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.,
