TH Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and enthusiastic QA Tester to join our dynamic team. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring software quality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables. Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans based on project requirements. Identify, document, and track software defects, and assist in their resolution. Perform root cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations for process improvements. Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and best practices. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior QA Automation Tester or similar role. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools. Experience with manual testing techniques, test case design, and execution. Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
