MULTI-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with product managers, business, and customers to develop a vision and roadmap for the team Collaborate with data scientists and other engineering teams to understand requirements and integrate different ad products into the data and reporting platform Operational Excellence Implement thorough OE practices to ensure trust in the data platform. Engineering Leadership Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and efficient systems of metrics ingestion, data processing, and data visualization. Promote the culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team. Multi-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, business, and customers to develop a vision and roadmap for the team Collaborate with data scientists and other engineering teams to understand requirements and integrate different ad products into the data and reporting platform Operational Excellence Implement thorough OE practices to ensure trust in the data platform. Robust mechanisms to detect issues and recover from failures ---- Basic Qualifications ---- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager with a track record of successfully leading teams in developing critical software. Deep understanding of full-stack software development with experience leading both backend and front-end engineers. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a diverse team. Ability to work with product management and shareholders to drive vision for ads analytics and reporting Validated ability deliver high-quality software products on time and within scope. Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. ---- Preferred Qualifications ---- Experience in Advertising Technology: Prior experience working in advertising technology with ad servers, Micro-services, Front-end tech stack, Big Data, and Distributed Systems.,
