Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for various applications. Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-world applications. Work with NLP, transformers, embeddings, and vector databases. Deploy AI models using APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and edge computing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and LLM research. Requirements Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, training, and inference optimization. Knowledge of MLOps, cloud AI services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to work with large datasets, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with open-source LLMs and custom model training. Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI. Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, speech integration).,
