Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in STEM program design aimed at fostering student engagement and understanding. (Mandatory skill) Expertise in curriculum development with a focus on aligning content with educational standards and STEM integration. Ability to apply innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience and encourage critical thinking. Familiarity with educational technology tools to support and supplement student learning within the STEM fields. Skills in data analysis to identify student learning trends and assess program effectiveness. Strong aptitude for student mentoring to guide students in their academic and personal growth. Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to develop comprehensive STEM projects and initiatives. Proficient in assessment and evaluation techniques to measure student performance and program outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging and effective STEM curriculum aligned with institution standards. Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Monitor and assess student performance to tailor instruction for individual learning needs.
