- Position: Senior PHP & WordPress Developer Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Gurugran, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP & Wordpress Developer who specializes in the customization and optimization of WordPress sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of PHP, database management, and in-depth experience with WooCommerce. This role involves building high-quality websites, enhancing performance, and collaborating with teams to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce websites. Optimize WordPress sites for performance, speed, and scalability. Design and implement custom themes and plugins based on project requirements. Collaborate with designers to integrate UI/UX into WordPress sites. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in WordPress and WooCommerce projects. Ensure websites are secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly. Integrate and work with APIs and third-party tools. Guide junior developers and support team members with technical challenges. Required Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development. Strong expertise in PHP and MySQL. Proficiency in database management and optimization techniques. Proven experience in customizing and optimizing WordPress websites for performance and user experience. Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with debugging tools like Chrome DevTools. Proficient in version control systems like Git. Experience with performance optimization tools (e.g., caching, image optimization, CDN). Familiarity with modern JavaScript ES6. Understanding of hosting environments, deployment workflows, and website migrations. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
