With 218 rooms across six categories and five dining options, including Chinese and Thai cuisine at Shao and traditional Indian food at Saffron, the hotel is perfect for business travelers and leisure guests alike. Other amenities include a convention center, a vibrant nightclub, an open-air swimming pool, and a spa offering a mix of Indian and Western treatments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The Deputy Manager Human Resources will oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, managing employee records, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth. This position is located in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: - Support the smooth operation of the HR department, ensuring all areas are managed to the highest standards. - Deliver exceptional guest service and team experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. - Drive HR initiatives and hotel targets, working collaboratively with key stakeholders. - Manage employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession planning. - Ensure compliance with legislation, maintaining accurate records for internal and external audits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven HR experience with excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style. - Passion for exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry. - Creative solution-finder, with excellent communication skills. - Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
