Position: Deputy Manager - Human Resource - Hosur (TN) The Deputy Manager of HR will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role is crucial for maintaining a productive workforce and aligning HR practices with business objectives in the facilities management sector. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Handle recruitment for facility management roles such as maintenance and technical staff. Develop job descriptions tailored to industry needs. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including interviews, background verification, and onboarding. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee concerns related to shift work, site deployment, and compliance issues. Implement employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and improve morale. Conduct workplace safety awareness programs and regular feedback sessions. Performance Management & Training Oversee performance evaluations for site-based and office employees. Develop training programs for soft skills, technical skills, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with managers to implement performance improvement plans. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with labor laws, contract labor regulations, and industry standards. Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, statutory compliance reports, and grievances. Implement and update HR policies, focusing on employee well-being and ethical practices. Manage statutory benefits like PF, ESIC, gratuity, and insurance for contract workers. Handle attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and site-specific allowances. HR Data & Reporting Maintain HR records, including employee movement between sites. Use HR software to track workforce data, attendance, and compliance. Generate reports on attrition, manpower utilization, and training effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the facilities management industry. Strong understanding of labor laws, contract staffing, and compliance. Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce challenges. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple locations. Familiarity with facility management operations and site-based HR challenges. APPLY NOW!!!!,
