- Designation: Senior Executive Office Location: Gurgaon Position Description: We are looking for a qualified Legal Senior Executive to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management/ Business units about all relevant issues. The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure Roles & Responsibilities: Work Experience in the relevant profile: More than 1-3 years. Drafting, vetting and negotiating various types of agreements. Understanding of Commercial laws applicable outside India including but not limited to Data protection laws. Liaising, coordination and follow ups with the external counsels in relations to company legal matters/court cases. Managing Legal due diligence. Analysis/ review of queries by the business team with regards to commercial negotiations. Drafting and review of contractual letters, legal notices, claims, replies etc. Contract lifecycle Management & Contract Compliances and other Legal Compliances. Legal research on corporate commercial laws, contract law. Qualification: A degree in Law from reputed law college. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures. Demonstrate ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information. Outstanding communication skills. Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.
