About The Role We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centered designs for our digital marketing materials, website, and brand assets. Responsibilities Create and optimize user interfaces for our marketing websites and digital campaigns Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency Conduct user research and usability testing Design responsive layouts for various devices and platforms Create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns Maintain and evolve our design system Requirements 3+ years of experience in web design, preferably in B2B SaaS or agency Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process Excellence in modern web design standards Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches Knowledge of current design trends and best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial technology or enterprise software Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development Experience with design systems and component libraries Background in marketing design or brand development Why Planful Planful Exists To Enrich The World By Helping Our Customers And Our People Achieve Peak Performance.
