About the Job We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate with a minimum 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background , with a proven track record of delivering successful projects for large organizations. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of strategic solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements of our organization and our clients. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. - Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow, focusing on areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM). - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development. - Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow. - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption within our organization and our clients. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly). - Proven experience designing and implementing complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) required. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
