Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working with React.js, Redux, and other modern web technologies. As a senior member of the development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation applications. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and Redux. Lead the design and implementation of complex UI/UX components, ensuring seamless user experiences. Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers. Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices. Integrate APIs and services using RESTful architecture. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and help foster a collaborative environment. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux with a deep understanding of its principles and best practices. Experience with state management using Redux (Redux-Saga, Redux-Thunk). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools. Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus. Strong understanding of component-based architecture, hooks, and functional programming concepts. Experience with API integration and handling asynchronous data in web applications. Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Gulp. Proficient with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Experience in optimizing web performance and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
