Territory Manager

- Xindus exists for making SMEs successful in global markets. All Xindus Associates and Teams champion this Mission on an everyday basis.
- The Territory Manager owns the basic Xindus operating unit, a service/ pickup/ consolidation center supported by a team of sales associates and an operations team managing pickups/ sorting/ linehaul connections.
- Each Territory runs a P&L and therefore the Territory Manager is empowered to take decisions to serve and grow customers in line with Company Mission and Business Plan.
- This role and this team is the direct touch point for all our Customers and hence is the most important node in delivering Customer Success, Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention, and Growth.
- It is also the foundational operational unit setting the base for operational excellence across the organization.
- We are looking for future sales leaders/ P&L owners with high drive, commercial acumen, customer obsession, strategic thinking, and ability to execute who want to accelerate their career path through this exciting, challenging, and demanding role.
You day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Own the PnL for the territory you are managing
- Hire a champion GTM team as per the business plan and lead the team from the front to onboard customers to Xindus platform as per the weekly/ monthly targets
- Ensure Sales and margin targets are surpassed
- Own the business operations of the city
- Deliver process and cost efficiency in the city operations and improve it continuously
- Ensure high NPS
- Drive Retention and Wallet Share Growth
- Facilitate adoption of full Xindus platform capabilities through value demonstration and delivery
- Increase customer's usage and transaction on the platform with deep relationship building
- Build and own customer feedback loop with internal teams to drive product improvement
Skills/ Experience:
- Tier 1 MBA/ Undergraduate
- 2-4 years of experience
- Consulting/ Startup/ Supply Chain Tech/ B2B Marketplace/ Global Express (DHL/ FedEx/ UPS)
