Job Description
About Us: Paytm is India s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Net banking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks financial instruments. To further enhance merchants business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. About the team: The Investor Relations (IR) team is responsible for managing and facilitating communication between a company and its investors, shareholders, and the financial community. The primary objective of the IR team is to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors by providing them with accurate and timely information about the company's financial performance, strategies, and prospects.About the role: The major responsibilities would include analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide management with insights, management of key investor-related databases and analyzing financial statements, key metrics, and industry trends to communicate the company's financial position effectively.
Responsibilities 1. You should be able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities. 2. Coordinate with the internal teams for extracting data, collating it in a comprehensible manner and report insights to senior management. 3. Analyzing and tracking peer performance metrics Managing end-to-end master data repository for key investors (buy-side) Preparation of various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines for reporting. 4. Preparation of monthly Management packs, review decks, and getting into discussions with Management, as necessary. 5.Preparing minutes of meetings and tracking key action points for internal teams.
Requirements: 1. 2-3 years experience in MIS Management & Data Management. 2. Should have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills 3. Good with number crunching, MS Office, Google Sheets and Google Docs and has an eye for detail 4. We re looking for hustlers with a knack for juggling multiple project 5. Synthesize information and communicate complicated processes with various teams and be highly organize. 6. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help out wherever necessary (The Let s Get This Done Attitude), apply away! 7. Experience working in KPOs or Brokerage Houses) is highly preffered
Education: BCom / BSc / MBA (Finance)
