Job Description

About the Role Were looking for a UI/UX Designer (45 years) whos confident in Figma and loves crafting intuitive, engaging user experiences. Youll collaborate with offshore clientsleading design discussions, presenting proposals, and integrating feedback to deliver polished interfaces. Bonus if you can create short videos or motion graphics, though this isnt mandatory. Strong communication skills are essential for selling ideas and aligning stakeholders. Key Responsibilities FigmaBased Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and highfidelity prototypes; maintain design components and style guides. Client Collaboration: Work closely with offshore teams, leading calls and workshops to capture requirements and present new concepts. User Experience: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs. Stakeholder Communication: Sell design ideas effectivelyexplain the why behind design decisions. Video Creation (NicetoHave): If experienced, produce short videos or motion graphics for product demos or user journeys. Brand Consistency: Uphold design standards and ensure cohesive branding across all projects. MustHave Qualifications 45 years of professional UI/UX design experience. Advanced Figma skills (autolayout, interactive prototyping, shared libraries). Proven track record of collaborating with offshore/remote clients (strong communication & presentation). Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. Portfolio highlighting relevant projects and design process. Preferred Skills Experience with video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) for short edits or motion design. Familiarity with frontend feasibility (HTML, CSS, basic JS).
