Position: Jr. Design Automation Engineer Location: Ahmedabad About Us Hitech is an Integrated Engineering Consulting and Business Process Solutions organization specializing in BIM, Engineering and BPM services. Position Summary A junior design automation engineer plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining software and tools used in the design automation process. They work closely with senior engineers and designers to automate design processes and improve efficiency. The primary responsibility of a junior design automation engineer is to develop and maintain scripts, programs, and tools that automate repetitive tasks in the design process. Primary Responsibilities: Drive Works & Cad customization (SolidWorks, Inventor), Macro generation Quick learner. Responsible for Program development for Design and Development activities. Develop and support SolidWorks and Drive Works automation. Executing the Drive Works development as per requirements/specifications provided by Engineering Department. Develop creative, innovative solutions for global users. Drive usage of tools with global users through proactive support, training & demos. Actively contribute to the development of better processes and work towards developing best practices Assist in the implementation of specific automation requirements. Effectively and correctly apply engineering concepts to design situations with minimal assistance/guidance require no design/model modifications due to errors. Appropriately and correctly apply SolidWorks and advanced design/analysis tools. Complete project assignments per established schedules. Skills and competencies Experience with c# , VB.net, VB, SQL database, Drive Works & Cad customization (SolidWorks, Inventor), Macro generation Quick learner. Basic interpersonal skills, ability to understand communication. Ability to identify problems and seek help when needed. Take responsibility for own tasks and seek to learn more. Experience & Qualification Experience Requirements: Fresher to 2 Years. Educational Qualifications: BE Mechanical Software Skills: Drive Works, C# , .net, VB, SQL database, Cad Software.
