This role requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. The UI Developer will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a UI Developer, with 7 to 10 years of hands on experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes. What are we looking for Analyzing the work received from client/onshore and identify the missing elements in the same. Develop original ideas and motion design concepts aligned with project briefs and brand identity. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone. Clearly articulate concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Stay flexible and efficient in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and integrate fresh ideas into projects. Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless final outputs. Prepare output files ensuring they meet industry standards. Communicates with clients on call, chat, email Problem solving skills Capable of functioning and delivering under tight deadlines Possesses a thorough understanding of Graphic Process Able to devise ideas quickly Flexible to work in shifts Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused Working experience with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. UI Design and Development: o Design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. o Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts. o Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and platforms. 2. Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior UI developers. o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. o Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and incorporate them into projects. 3. Collaboration: o Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure cohesive and functional user interfaces. o Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on project goals and timelines. o Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 4. Project Management: o Plan and manage UI development projects by working closely with creative director, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. o Ensure progress of projects and address any issues that may impact delivery. o Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 5. Quality Assurance: o Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces to identify and fix bugs and performance issues. o Implement user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction. o Ensure all UI components are accessible and comply with industry standards. 6. Documentation: o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for UI components, design systems, and coding standards. o Provide clear and concise documentation for handoff to other teams and stakeholders.,
