Skeps, a blockchain-based tech company, offers the first microservices platform embedding financial solutions into customer journeys. Our innovative multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value. Currently, we are on the lookout for an amazing Tech Lead who will be writing some amazing codes and helping us build even more amazing products! This role will have the responsibility to drive the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of integrated web systems to support the business. As a Tech Lead, you will Lead the organization's strategy from a technical perspective to ensure alignment with business goals. Manage team sprints, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction. Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet internal targets. Create and ensure adherence to overall technology standards and practices. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity. Utilize stakeholder feedback to devise necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. As a Tech Lead, you must have 5+ years of experience with Node.js. 3+ years of team management experience. 6+ years of experience in building end-to-end full-stack products. Strong command of Node.js and its internals. Proficiency with RESTful web services/APIs using ExpressJS. Comfortable with server-side technologies like Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, etc. Good command of cloud infrastructure (MS Azure preferred, AWS). Keen attention to detail and a passion for building high-quality products. Ability to learn quickly and understand new concepts. Willingness to work in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.,
