Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically, 5 to 7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
